Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the MyIPTVMax Player application (the "App") provided by Al Sadq IT Solutions LLC ("MyIPTVMax"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The App is a player only — no content provided

MyIPTVMax Player is a media player. It contains no channels, streams, playlists, or content of any kind and provides no access to any copyrighted material. To use the App you must supply your own IPTV/media service details (e.g. Xtream Codes credentials or an M3U/M3U8 URL) obtained independently from a third-party provider of your choosing. We are not affiliated with, and do not endorse, any such provider.

2. Your responsibility for sources and content

You are solely responsible for the legality of the services, sources, and content you connect to and access through the App. You agree to use the App only with content you are legally entitled to access, and to comply with all applicable laws and the terms of your chosen provider. You must not use the App to access, distribute, or reproduce content you do not have the right to use.

3. Accounts and devices

Some features require signing in (for example, with a phone number) to link a subscription. You are responsible for keeping your access credentials secure and for activity under your account. We may enforce limits on the number of devices per account and may suspend access for abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse, interfere with, or attempt to disrupt the App or its backend.
• Do not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the App except as permitted by law.
• Do not use the App for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual property

The App, its design, and the MyIPTVMax name and logo are owned by Al Sadq IT Solutions LLC and protected by applicable laws. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for its intended purpose.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Because the App relies on third-party services and networks that you supply and control, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free playback, or the availability, quality, or legality of any third-party content or service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyIPTVMax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any content accessed through third-party services, arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes and termination

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
